Your responsibilities:
Specific client tasks include but are not limited to the following. You will be directly working with the CEO for planning and executing client work and driving growth strategies to expand the scope of business for Seraphim.

• Strategic planning of communication strategies
• Active participation in client acquisition, pitch processes and company marketing activities
• Independent handling of various client accounts as project leader incl. management of other project members
• Media and other stakeholder relations
• Planning, organization and management of various events incl. interviews,  media roundtables, press conferences and others
• Client and project management ensuring profitability
• Research and audits
• Planning, organization and handling of third parties delivering outsourced specific services
• Media and issue monitoring
• Activity reports and other reporting

Your profile:

• Bachelor degree from a university in India or overseas
• Minimum of 6 years professional experience in strategic communications, either inhouse, PR agency or other media relations environment
• Established network with media in India, ability to build and actively engage with a large network of diverse stakeholders
• Experience in working in an international environment
• Fluent spoken and written English
• Excellent verbal communications and presentation skills
• Digital and social media skills
• Ability to go beyond the implementation of tasks and also consult clients on strategic decisions and implementation of those
• Ability to prioritize, plan well in advance and multi-task
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and deliver a quality product
